Property Management
Our clients can enjoy peace of mind and assurance that all their property needs will be taken care of, even in their absence. Qubros, alongside our trusted team of associates, are able to provide fully tailored property management services, thus allowing our clients the luxury of traveling freely without concerns about their property.
We offer the following Property Management Services:
- Administrative Support for payment of utility bills, setting up of insurance, key services, inventory checks, mail collection, complaint management, and more.
- Expense Payments. This includes communal and other necessary expenses, all of which will be tallied in a monthly financial report provided to the client
- Cleaning Services, both while the client is at the property, and in their absence
- General Maintenance Services. We liaison with technicians and maintenance teams to repair damages, perform security checks, and undertake maintenance of plumbing, electrical issues, air conditioning, heating, and much more.
- Background Checks for potential tenants, including references, and drafting of tenancy contracts
Qubros will also provide Monthly Management Reports for all of the above services, so that clients may be able to monitor their property’s maintenance in their absence.
