With the aim of offering our clients even more opportunities for investment in Cyprus, Qubros has launched an investment scheme wherein clients can become shareholders of a Cyprus-based real estate company.

Shareholders of this company will invest in three main asset classes:
- Old apartments or buildings in highly sought after locations which require renovation, with the aim of selling once renovation has been completed.
- Repossessed properties that are auctioned off by local Cypriot banks, with a below average market value.
- Projects that are under construction or soon to be built, with excellent prospects of buying and selling once construction is completed.

Qubros and our associates will undertake stringent due diligence for each project, ensuring that risks are mitigated.

Terms and Conditions:
Minimum investment will be 150,000EUR
The company will be capped at 15 shareholders
Expected return on investment is 10-25%

Exit Strategy: As the company will consider each project on a case by case basis prior to investing, shareholders wishing to leave the company must give one month’s notice.

Mitigation of Risk: As with any investment, there are always risks involved. Our knowledgeable team of associates have worked hard to identify and mitigate all risks in this endeavor. As a result, the company is committed to choosing properties in prime locations which, should a sale not be possible, can be rented instead for a healthy return of 5% due to the island’s large tourist population.
